This motorcycle was first presented in 1980 on the motor trade fair in Cologne. This immediately became the first production motorcycle powered with a turbo engine. The Honda CX500 Turbo was the ultimate weapon of Honda during the competition to build a pressurised motorcycle. The somewhat boring 500cc V-twin engine was equipped with a turbocharger and several - for that time - futuristic features such as fuel injection. The motorcycle was described n the motorcycle magazines as a "super bike" and obtained a cult status over time, despite many technical defects. It is a model that is no longer made and is very rare in this scale! This model build kit is complete, unbuilt and all the parts still hang in the cast grids. All in mint condition. The original glue is also included but it seems unusable to me. The vinyl sticker sheet is in excellent condition. See the photos, they are part of the description. The box measures 58 x 33 cm.
