FN Cardan bicycle. The bike is completely original. Dated early 1900. An eye-catcher for the enthusiast / collector! Bike is very rare in this condition. In continental Europe, the Fabrique Nationale (F.N.) from Namen focussed on the production of bicycles without a chain since 1898. Because of the background as a weapons factory, F.N. mainly supplied to the Belgian army. Here, reliability and maintenance were a bigger issue than on the private market. One of the models earned quite the reputation in France, under the name Acatane. Preferably picked up, shipping is possible in consultation.
