Vintage Seiko 6138-3000 Chronograph which was fully serviced in 2017. So technically ready for years to come! This so-called Seiko Jumbo Chronograph is equipped with an automatic column wheel movement. A technically great and beautiful vintage watch. Optically, the watch is in neat condition. The facet rims of the 42 mm stainless steel case are clearly visible and the flass is scratch-free. Through the years, the hands and dial have discoloured nicely. The dial is matte black with a subtle blue shine. Very beautiful and unique! The 6138 automatic movement runs very accurately and the Chronograph starts and resets well. The crown winding through wrist movement also works well. The screw-back case back has a serial number that dates it to April 1972. The black leather Racing strap gives this watch an extra sporty look, and it looks like it has hardly been worn. Suited for wrists of up to 18.5 cm. The 6138 movement was one of the first automatic chronographs on the market. So this beautiful watch carries some history with it! Will be packaged with care and shipped by insured post.
