Tested and in good working order.
Streamlined express train steam locomotive Series 05 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn (DRB). Version with pulverised-coal firing system, and the engineer’s cab at the front. Burgundy livery. Company number of the locomotive: 05 003. The locomotive looks as it did circa 1937.
With the new Digital-MFX+ decoder with extensive sound functions. Operating sounds of the pulverised coal being fed with compressed air (Operating Sounds 1) can be activated by means of the function buttons. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion, with a flywheel, placed in the boiler Powered on 3 axles. With traction tyres. Locomotive and tender are constructed mostly out of metal. Can traverse curved sections with a minimum radius of 360 mm. Cutouts on the side streamlining for smaller track curves can be filled in with add-on filler pieces The dual headlights that alternate with changes in direction of travel, will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally A third headlight as a headlight only for oncoming trains can be controlled separately via digital means. The engineer’s cab’s lighting can be controlled separately via digital means. Lighting with maintenance-free, warm white LEDs. The locomotive and tender have several separately affixed railings. 7226 Smoke generator and a figure of an engineer are supplied as standard. Permanent close coupling between the locomotive and tender. The length between the buffers is: 31 cm.
