Después de haber pagado el articulo, no me ha llegado. Tampoco me ha devuelto el dinero. He visto otros comentarios de este vendedor y lo ha hecho más veces. No compren a este vendedorThe item was sent & USPS Tracking shows the item has been delivered. So as far as the shipping I did my part as a seller & nothing wrong. If you say you haven't received the item I have no choice but to refund you. After I received a message from customer service regarding refunding you they hadn't transferred your payment yet. I wrote Frank back & asked him to please refund you as they still had your $! I got no response from Frank & no more correspondence from you & assumed it was taken care of.
Then yesterday I get a message from Frank telling me you were never refunded & you payment for a different pair of earrings has been blocked for the sake of the earrings you say you haven't received. The recent purchased earrings have already bred majled. So now I am out 2 TWO pair of 14K gold earrings & no $ paid for them.
Then I look & you have given ME negative feedback to top it off! Completely unfair since I thought customer service refunded you. You can see by the tracking info it was sent & delivered. So just that alone should tell you I sent them as I was supposed to. Customer service didn't do their part & that was respond to my email back to them & could have told me they were not refunding you & I would have to.
I wrote Frank back regarding his message about blocking payment on the new order & told him the same thing as before. Since Catawiki has your $ they are to refund you for the others. It has been 2 days & once again I haven't gotten a response from him telling me what the solution is.
I think it's very unfair to leave me negative feedback as I did nothing wrong. I have addressed customer service for a solution twice now with no response. I am also out 2 pair of 14K gold earrings & the $ paid for them. Plus shipping international 2 times another $27. I have nothing to show for these transactions except a negative mark that has ruined my 100% positive feedback score.
I am asking you to please change your feedback to positive as I have done what I am responsible on my end as the seller & you will be refunded. Also knowing I lost $ from all of this & aware now of the truth how this all led up to now. Thank you.
