You must be unaware that once an order is closed Catawiki blocks the seller from writing a message to the buyer. I had no way to message you back until now. Only because feedback allows a response. I told Catawiki customer service if the bracelet was lost in the mail I would be happy to refund you. I am shipping from the US & unfortunately once a package is in your country your mail carrier takes over & there is no way for me to track it from there.
Please email me on my personal email because again I am unable to contact you through Catawiki's messaging system. Your order is closed so it is blocked. firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am also asking you to change your feedback to positive as the postal service is out of my control. This is not my fault & I would hope you can understand. Thank you
I have given you my email a few days ago & since I didn't hear from you I told customer service I would like to refund you.
I would like to stress again I have spoken to customer service after I received your message because they close communication between buyer & seller via messaging. Also I am shipping from the US. I have tracked the package to customs in your country 'in transit' but the date is a long time ago. I have only had this issue a couple of times but the packages were being held by customs. Some countries charge customs fees to the buyer to recieve mail from out of the country. This isn't something my postal service handles because once the package enters your country it is out of their hands. Most likely your package is being held at customs & you will have to claim it. This should have no bearing on my feedback as a seller as I did my part in mailing it & I have no control over your mail system or customs in your country. Also even though the package made it to your country I have even offered a refund.

Hi. I received your message that you just sent. However it says the sale is 'closed' & will not let me write you back. I wrote customer service but it sometimes takes a week to get a response. I live in the US. I asked if they could please remove the block so we can message each other. Are you also aware that if you melted 10K gold earrings & sold them for scrap they are worth $145 for 6g? They should have sold for a lot more! You paid less than half of what they are worth. That's a pretty good deal. But I am willing to return them.

Read the description in the listing. It says:
"3 Days Handling. .. 7-21 Days Shipping (not including Sunday's)".
That means it can take up to 27 DAYS from the US (3+21+3).
Also I provided a tracking number for you. Clearly you didn't read the shipping terms nor did you even look up the tracking information before giving me negative feedback.
All you have to do is go to your order & click on the tracking & it shows you where your package is.
I would appreciate if you change your feedback to positive for your mistake. It's not fair to give me a bad mark. I didn't do anything wrong.
